Using this site

This is the website of EduSwift Academy. By using it you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What is on it

We try to keep everything here accurate and current, and we cannot promise that all of it always is. Term dates move, fees are reviewed, vacancies close and events are rearranged. Where something matters to a decision you are about to make - a fee, a deadline, a closing date - please confirm it with the school office before acting on it.

Nothing on this site is an offer of a place. A place is offered in writing by the school, after the admissions process.

Fees and payments

Any amount shown on this site is the amount at the time it was published. This site does not take payments: where bank details are published, they are for a transfer you make yourself, and you should confirm them with the school office before sending money. Always collect an official receipt.

Sending us something

When you complete a form here you agree that what you tell us is true and that you are entitled to send it - in particular, that you are the parent or guardian of any child you are applying for. We may refuse or remove anything sent to us that is unlawful, offensive, or submitted automatically rather than by a person.

Words and pictures on this site

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to the school or to whoever licensed them to it. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use, and to link to them. Please do not republish our photographs or reuse the school's name or logo without asking first - many of the photographs show identifiable children, which is the main reason we ask.

Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else - a portal, a form, a partner - we are not responsible for what is on it. Those sites have their own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running and cannot guarantee it will always be available. It may be unavailable for maintenance, and we are not liable for a loss arising from it being down.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, our responsibility to you for the use of this website is limited to correcting the page in question.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page.
